Our internal process does ensure that we have a plan in place to inspect work as and when it gets done. We believe that the quality of work done must be inspected continuously as work progresses. The quality assurance process is reviewed time and again to ensure that it keeps up with the required level of standards expected.

We have taken a conscious decision to comply with ideals of economic transformation such as employment equity policy. There is a policy in place to ensure that we decasualize employment practices in that we do not discriminate against people on the basis of gender, disability, color and or creed.
